Join us at the Observatory of Szeged for a public astronomical lecture, and observation night this time again all in English!
Everyone imagined at least once the work of astronomers, people bend over (or under) a telescope all night – and then they sleep all day… This time we will present how much is fiction about that and how much is real and ultimately how we should think about the science of the sky in the 21st century. What do astronomers do when they work? What do they discover? What are the instruments for these great achievements? Does it pay well? Do people ask too much about aliens and wormholes? We have a lot of answers for these questions. Explore together!
The participation in this event is 1000 HUF and open to people of all ages.
This program is supported from the “Szeged Megyei Jogú Város Önkormányzat Kulturális Támogatási Keret”.
